I acknowledge that I am requested to lodge a security deposit of $1600 to cover any incidental costs and damage to the Motorcycle that will be ridden by me. I also acknowledge that I will be liable to pay for any damage to this motorcycle caused by me up to this amount.

The operator reserves the right to change tour dates due to unforeseen events and to decline any customer.

Payment And Cancellation Policy: A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is required 45 days prior to your departure date. Cancelling after booking confirmation, but prior to your final payment, your 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are able to change dates up to 12 months after your original booking date. If cancelling after final payment has been received: More than 21 days prior to departure date – 75% is refunded. Between 21 and 14 days prior to departure date – 50% is refunded Between 14 and 7 days prior to departure date – 25% is refunded Less than 7 days prior to departure date – No refund.

Insurance Policy: It is the rider’s responsibility to arrange insurance before leaving home. We recommend travel insurance and an accident policy.
